Ulster coach Alan Solomons has included David Humphreys, Jonathan Bell and Jeremy Davidson in his side to face Cardiff despite worries over their fitness.
Solomons, who has named the same side that was beaten in Northampton on Sunday, is hopeful that three of his key players can shake off their respective injuries ahead of Friday night's Heineken Cup tie at Ravenhill.
Ireland out-half Humphreys will see a specialist about his troublesome ankle injury tomorrow while centre Bell and lock Davidson are recovering from dead-legs.
