Two men and a woman detained in relation to a drug seizure in Dublin are to appear in court tomorrow.
The men, aged 27 and 33 years, and the woman (28) were arrested following the seizure of 500 cannabis plants in Jamestown Industrial Estate in Inchicore on Friday afternoon.
The plants, which were at various stages of growth, had an estimated street value of over €200,000.
Their arrests were part of an operation in which almost 1,000 plants were seized following other searches in Clondalkin in Dublin and Ballyconnell in Co Cavan.
A man in his late 20s was detained in relation to a seizure at the Enterprise Business Park, Clondalkin.
Some 270 cannabis plants with an estimated value of €108,000 were discovered.
He remains in custody at Ballyfermot Garda Station.
A man in his 40s arrested over the discovery of cannabis plants in Ballyconnell appeared at a special sitting of Cavan District court yesterday afternoon.
He was remanded in custody and will appear at Carrickmacross District Court on the 20th of April.
