More than 3,000 people will be in Dublin tomorrow and Thursday for an event billed as Europe’s biggest tech conference.
More than 200 speakers from more than 50 countries will take part in the Dublin Web Summit at the RDS.
Those taking part will include chief executives behind multi-billion euro businesses, as well as over 250 startups, and other businesses.
The event is aimed at helping those with ideas to meet the types of people who can help them develop their business ideas.
Speakers will include Paul Sciarra, co-founder of the social media site Pinterest, film director Barry Sonnenfeld and Cindy Gallop, author of Make Love Not Porn.
Gallop’s new venture ‘If we ran the world’ aims “to turn good intentions into positive action, by coordinating `microactions' of people, brands and companies”.
Over the two days, the Digital Marketing Summit strand of the event will have dedicated networking and exhibition areas for brands, agencies and service providers, as well as networking events.
