Moscow - President Boris Yeltsin did not rule out running for a third term in presidential elections in 2000, in a live Internet chat yesterday.
"Now I'm in good health . . . As for the presidency, in the year 2000, we still have two years. We'll see," Mr Yeltsin said.
Mr Yeltsin (67) was re-elected in July 1996, but he has had several long absences from the Kremlin due to ill health.
