A teenager received serious head injuries after being attacked by four men in north Belfast early this morning.
The 19-year-old sustained his injuries at a garage on the Ballysillan just before 2 a.m.
The young man is being treated at the Royal Victoria Hospital in Belfast.
Police have appealed for information on the attack.
