Geneva - A Swiss court has issued an international summons against Mr Pavel Borodin, a former aide of Mr Boris Yeltsin, in connection with allegations of money-laundering. Mr Borodin, formerly Kremlin property manager, is under investigation for having allegedly taken kickbacks for construction contracts, including the renovation of the Kremlin.
Meanwhile in Moscow, an Interior Ministry official suggested Russia would not co-operate if Switzerland tried to have Mr Borodin extradited, because Russia has not signed any extradition treaties with the Swiss.
