The annual civic service of nine lessons and carols will take place at St Ann's Church, Dawson Street, Dublin, on Sunday at 7 p.m. Among the lesson readers will be the Archbishop of Dublin, Dr Empey, and the Lord Mayor, Mr John Stafford. RTE will link up with Eurovision and France 2TV to show Christmas Day Mass from the cathedral of Saint Pierre, Lisieux.
