SIX people died at the weekend as a result of road accidents.
Two 18 year old, youths from Co Down were killed when they were struck by a car as they walked along the Hilltown Castlewellan road, early yesterday. They were Adrian O'Hare and John Morgan, from Kilcoo, near Hilltown.
A 19 year old died when his motorcycle crashed into a grass bank near Newtownbutler, Co Fermanagh, on Saturday. Earlier, in Moneymore, Co Derry, a cyclist, John Marshall (13), of Northland Drive, died when he was involved in an accidents' with a car on the Cookstown Road.
Mr Pharis Campbell (84) of Magowan Park, Annahill, has died from injuries he received following a car accident on June 2nd on the Lisburn Road at Ballynahinch.
Mr Stephen Byrne (19), of Maryville, Kildare, was killed when his motorcycle collided with a car on Saturday on the Kildare to Milltown road.
