The Criminal Assets Bureau is seeking to seize a Co Clare lakeshore home believed to belong to an Englishman, David Huck, whose yacht, containing £20 million worth of cannabis, was intercepted off the Co Kerry coast seven years ago.
The bureau is seeking an order allowing it to sell the property at Ogonnellow, Augh inish, Killaloe, on Lough Derg and 11 adjoining acres.
