A second World War mortar was found in Belfast this morning and has been made safe.
The mortar was discovered by a man out walking near a stream on the Kilseaghan Road in Kilkeel, Co Down.
It is believed the mortar originated from nearby Ballyedmond - a US military camp during the war.
During the War American soldiers had bases along the Northern coast including Antrim, Belfast, Coleraine in Co Derry and Downpatrick in Co Down.
