The man who was stabbed in the head in Belfast earlier this week has died.
Greengrocer Harry Holland (65) was stabbed with a screwdriver in west Belfast on Tuesday night as he tried to stop his delivery van being stolen close to his home in the city's Norfolk Drive area.
Detectives opened a murder inquiry after he died overnight.
Four teenagers - two boys aged 17 and two girls aged 15 - were arrested yesterday morning and are being questioned.
