Rynn murder defendant remanded on bail

THE man accused of murdering civil servant Ms Marilyn Rynn appeared in Dublin District Court yesterday. Mr David Lawlor (32) of Edgewood Lawn, Blanchardstown, is charged with raping and murdering Ms Rynn at Tolka Valley Park on December 22nd.

The High Court order granting Mr Lawlor bail was in court and Judge Michael Connellan agreed it was in order.

Mr Lawlor is on personal bail of £1,000 and a £10,000 independent surety. Bail conditions are that he does not apply for a passport, lives with his parents at Bawnogue in Baltinglass, Co Wicklow, and signs on daily at Baltinglass garda station.

He was remanded on continuing bail to October 15th for a book of evidence.
