Russian energy minister Mr Igor Yusufov said today the oil cartel OPEC was wrong in keeping oil prices as high as $28 per barrel and insisted that Moscow would continue to boost output.
"We have a disagreement with OPEC as we believe that prices above $25 per barrel are hurting consumers, while they consider a price of $28 a normal one," he told a news conference.
