A Co Louth farmer who claims he will lose a third of his farm if a motorway scheme goes ahead has asked the High Court to review a decision by a planning inspector who is conducting an inquiry into the scheme.
Mr Daniel O'Connell of Thistle House, Thistle Cross, Plaster, Co Louth, claimed he would lose farmlands, his front field and the driveway to the home which had been occupied by four generations of his family.
The hearing continues today.
