Bogota - About 200 left-wing rebels stormed a prison in south-west Colombia, freeing more than 320 convicts and killing two guards and two inmates, authorities said yesterday. The Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC) rebels blew up the walls of San Isidro prison near Popayan and poured in in a hail of gunfire just before midnight on Saturday. Police said 35 convicts were recaptured yesterday.
