Edinburgh - Royal Air Force pilots were ordered yesterday to stay away from Loch Ness as scientists began searching for the legendary monster. Swedish scientist Jan Sundberg said the noise of low-flying jets was disturbing underwater sensors.

Dr Sundberg is leading a team trying to find evidence that Nessie really exists, and an exclusion zone has been thrown around the Scottish loch while the weekend monster hunt takes place.
