A teenage boy believed to be armed with a loaded rifle has gone missing in Northern Ireland.
Police launched a major search for the 14-year-old after he disappeared from his work at a farm in Co Armagh.
A jeep, a shotgun and a quantity of ammunition were also stolen from the grounds in the Dernasigh Road area.
The vehicle was later recovered.
It is understood the boy, who is from the area, has gone missing in the past.
The missing boy is described as 5ft 2in tall of slim build with light brown hair and blue eyes. He was wearing a blue zip-up tracksuit top and bottoms.
As fears grew that he might be in a distressed state, Inspector Jim Fulton ofthe PSNI urged the boy not to think he was in deeptrouble.
"We will treat the whole thing sympathetically," he said."There has been a break-in but no real harm has been done at this stage andwe just want him to come home.
"He should not feel as if he is being hunted, but his mother is totallydistressed by this."
