Pretoria - The South African President, Mr Thabo Mbeki, and the visiting Chinese President, Mr Jiang Zemin, said yesterday they would work for a new world order in which no one nation dominated and the developing world's interests were promoted.
"The partnership between China and South Africa is of a strategic nature. The co-operation between us would help us address the larger question of a world order and also address the challenges of developing countries," Mr Mbeki told reporters after several co-operation agreements were signed in Pretoria.
