HILDA DUHALDE, the Peronist Party's choice to fight key elections to the Argentine Congress in October, has started her campaign by rejecting comparisons with the much adored, late Eva Peron.
Duhalde, known to most Argentines as "Chiche", has a huge following in her husband's Buenos Aires Province.
Her charity work, helped by a budget from the province of $280 million, triggers comparisons with Evita, though Duhalde has shown none of the glamour or charisma that still inspires mystical devotion to Eva in many Argentines.
Jade Jagger (25) is planning an exhibition of erotic art in London later this year. The daughter of Rolling Stone Mick Jagger said in the latest issue of Hello! magazine:
"We seem to accept violence as being more normal than sensuality."
Jade was pictured in the magazine with Euan McDonald, her new boyfriend since her split with Piers Jackson last year.

Andrew Neil (47), former editor of the Sunday Times, has taken over the reins of the European newspaper, following the departure of the Editor, Charles Garside.
In January, Neil became editor in chief of European Press Holdings, the company which owns and publishes the European, the Scotsman, Scotland on Sunday and the Edinburgh Evening News.
