Rolling Stone Mick Jagger, the wild man of British rock music in the 1960s, is considering sending his son to Eton. According to the Daily Telegraph, Jagger and his American model wife Jerry Hall visited the school last week.

Their son James (11) has been educated by private tutors on the Caribbean island of Mustique, where the couple have a home. Eton declined to comment on the report.

Actress Susan George (45) and her actor husband Simon MacCorkindale (44) are both feeling lucky to be alive after they survived a motorway crash on the M40 in Oxfordshire.

Their Range Rover hit a central reservation and rolled over on to its roof early on Sunday morning. Susan suffered whiplash, cuts and a dislocated shoulder. Simon injured his arm and his neck.
