A MAN who has spent years planning to raise the coffin of Sir Francis Drake from the Caribbean dives today on the possible site of his grave in tribute to Drake on the 400th anniversary of his sea burial.
Drake fanatic, Michael Turner (40), is in Panama hoping the British Government will withdraw its opposition to him raising the coffin.
