Two French photographers, representing agencies present on the night Princess Diana died in Paris, were accused of breaking an agreement to allow the royal party to enjoy a private skiing holiday.

In a "naming and shaming" exercise, royal aides released two names for publication. They are Jean Pierre Rey of the Gamma picture agency and Pascal le Segretain of Sygma.
