A male pedestrian in his 60s died after he was struck by a in Co Tipperary overnight.
Gardaí at Clonmel are investigating the incident which happened shortly after 2 a.m. on the Heywood Road, Clonmel.
The man, Mr Timothy O'Donnell (64) from Heywood Close,died at the scene.
