FINANCIAL support for peace and reconciliation in Ireland must be shared with small local groups where communities are working together towards understanding, a seminar on "Women in Conflict" was told yesterday.
Addressing the seminar in the Glencree Centre for Peace and Reconciliation in Co Wicklow, Ms Julitta Clancy, of the Meath Peace Group, said a lack of funding was a hindrance to the work of bringing communities, North and South, together for dialogue.
