THE Theatrical Cavaliers are reviving up for another anarchic meeting tomorrow, though it is not yet time for the annual Handbag Cricket Trophy in which the thespians compete for possession of Rosaleen Linehan's handbag. Tomorrow's table quiz, which will be compered by Pauline McLynn in aid of the Royal Hospital Donny brook, promises to be just as vicious with all the teams attempting to stop the Red Ruin of the table quiz, Frank McGuinness and his team, from winning for the third year in a row.
Playwright and director Declan Hughes and his team are usually close behind, and the Linehan family are other hot contenders. Novelist Anne Enright has been spending the week frantically trying to get a team together, commenting that the winning formula has a lot to do with not getting too drunk to remember the answers.
