The National Union of Journalists (NUJ) is to stage a demonstration against the closure of Independent Network News (INN) at the company's offices in Dublin tomorrow,

Speaking at its biennial delegate conference at the weekend NUJ Irish secretary Séamus Dooley said he had sought an investigation into the actions of the board of the company by the Director of Corporate Enforcement.
He asked: “How can it be right that the board of INN is now considering tenders for a replacement service from companies represented on the board of INN who clearly have a vested interest in seeing off the service?”
