Five adults and two children were treated for smoke inhalation after a fire at an apartment block in Rialto.

One woman remains in hospital but her condition is described as stable.

Meanwhile two people were treated for injuries following a fire in a house in Clontarf.

A man remains in hospital but his condition is described as stable.
