A new trial date will be fixed in the Central Criminal Court on July 30th in the case of a Dublin man who denies rape and sexual abuse of his niece and nephew.
The trial had been set for July 27th but Mr Justice Patrick Smith was informed yesterday by Mr Denis Vaughan Buckley, prosecuting, that the two complainants would not be available then.
The defendant denies 11 charges of rape and indecent assault on dates from 1984 to 1987.
