A new 100 bedroom Holiday Inn Express hotel, employing people, will open on August 9th in Cork following the granting of a hotel licence in Cork Circuit Court.
Mr Jeffrey Williams, director, said the concern had a multiple Holiday Inn franchise from the United States and had already opened a similar hotel in Galway, with another due to open next year in Dublin.
