A major new work on European labour legislation and its implications for Ireland is to be published this month. EC and EU Legislation in Ireland is written by Ms Patricia Conlan, a lecturer in European Law at the University of Limerick.
It contains all the EU legislation on employment law, as well as that on health and safety. Employment equality issues are also covered.
The book provides references to the relevant Irish legislation. It is published by Gill and Macmillan and costs £50.
