The jury in the trial of a Dublin man who is accused of murdering a man after pretending he had drugs for him, was last night sent home after failing to reach a verdict at the Central Criminal Court.

The jurors deliberated for over four hours yesterday, before telling the court they wished to break after failing to agree a verdict in the case.

Warren Graham (22), Shancastle Lawn, Clondalkin, has denied murdering Paul Keegan (42) in Walkinstown in December 2007.

Mr Graham claimed he was acting in self defence when he stabbed Mr Keegan in the back during a so-called drugs “rip”.
