The Police Service of Northern Ireland have launched a murder inquiry following the discovery of a man’s body in a river in Co Antrim yesterday.
A PSNI spokeswoman said a post mortem examination revealed the man, thought to be in his 20s and 30s, had died violently.
The body was found in the Skeagh River at Aughaboy Road near Glenarm by a passing motorist.
The PSNI have appealed for help in trying to positively identify the body.
