Munster have won the toss to use the Millennium Stadium’s ‘lucky’ dressing room in next weekend’s Heineken Cup final.

Assistant coach Niall O’Donovan beat Leicester’s Dean Richards in a specially arranged toss of the coin yesterday and, unsurprisingly, chose to avail of the home dressing room.

Only one team from the last 12 finals played at the venue has managed to win after using the ‘jinxed’ away facilities. Stoke beat Brentford in the Nationwide Division Two play-off final last weekend to put an end to the remarkable run.

Tickets for the final are completely sold out, with many changing hands on the black market for exorbitant prices.
