Motorist are this morning being warned of fallen trees and flooding on many routes following a night of high winds and heavy rain.
In Co Dublin the road between Johnny Fox's Pub and Devil's Elbow is impassable due to a fallen tree.
The Enniskerry road is also reportedly blocked by a tree, and the road between the village and Monastery Grove is impassable.
In the city a fallen tree is blocking the Ballymount Road near the Robin Hood Industrial Estate.The junction of Pembroke Road and Northumberland Road is also reported to be flooded.
