Continuing psychiatric and, general medical help while in custody has been requested by a solicitor for a man accused of causing grievous bodily harm to his uncle and grandmother. He, was remanded for one week by Judge Michael Reilly in Limerick District Court yesterday.

Mr Declan Molumby (22) of Ailbe Terrace, Bohernave, Thurles, Co Tipperary, is to appear at Thurles Court on March 21st on an application by Garda Supt John Murphy of Thurles. Mr Molumby was charged with unlawfully and maliciously causing grievous bodily harm to Mrs Mary Molumby (86), his grandmother, at Archerstown, Thurles, on February 15th last.

He was similarly charged with causing grievous bodily harm to Mr John Molumby (60), his uncle, of Archerstown, and with causing actual bodily harm to Mr Patrick Molumby (62), his father, of Ailbe Terrace, Bohernave, on the same date.
