St Mary's kept their hopes of reaching the play-offs alive with a narrow 17-20 win away to UCD today.
Nathan Spooner was instrumental in Mary's success, as he converted twice from Jonathan Ellis and Conor McPhillips tries plus two converted penalties.
Eoghan Hickey had opened the scoring for UCD before David Blaney got over the line for their first try with Hickey converting.
A Louis Burke try, which Hickey again converted, ensured a close contest throughout was maintained.
