A man (29) has been killed in a two-car collision in Co Wexford.
The crash occurred on the old N11 near Gorey shortly after 6am this morning. The man was taken to Wexford General Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
A woman who was in the second car was taken to St Vincent's Hospital in Dublin where her injuries are not thought to be life threatening.
Meanwhile, gardaí have issued an appeal for the public's help in their investigation into a road crash in Co Louth last January.
The collision involving a 12-year-old cyclist and a car driven by a woman happened at Innislinn, Dromiskin, Dundalk.
The driver stopped but the boy got up from the ground and ran home. She had left the scene before gardaí arrived and has not been seen since.
