A man is being questioned after gardaí in Dublin seized cannabis with a street value of £175,000 after a raid on a premises in south county Dublin today.

Detectives from Clondalkin and Rathcoole carried out the raid on the premises on the Greenogue Industrial Estate between Rathcoole and Newcastle this afternoon.

Computer equipment and tools worth around £66,000 which had been stolen earlier this month in the Santry area were also recovered, as were two high powered motorcycles.

A garda spokesman said the man is being held in Blanchardstown garda station under Section 2 of the Drug Trafficking Act.
