A man is due to appear in court tomorrow charged in relation to a shooting on a farm in Co Wicklow.
The 22-year-old man was arrested after Séamus O’Byrne (50), was wounded once in the upper body when he was shot by a man armed with a shotgun at Three Wells farm near Aughrim yesterday afternoon.
Mr O'Byrne is in a serious condition in St Vincent's hospital in Dublin.
Gardaí believe the attack is linked to a personal matter and say it is not connected to gangland crime.
