A man investigating the killing last month of an INLA man, Patrick Campbell, will appear in Dublin District Court today on firearms charges, a Garda spokesman has said.
The man, in his 20s, was arrested at Busaras in Dublin last Friday. Gardai said he was armed with a sawn-off shotgun and 100 rounds of assorted ammunition.
The man, with an address in north inner Dublin, was held in Crumlin Garda station under Section 30 of the Offences Against the State Act.
