Noel Deans (17), of Marigold Court, Darndale, Dublin, has pleaded guilty in Swords District Court to two charges of exposing himself on June 4th. He had been at Moatview Court that evening when Garda Elaine Kelly and Sgt Vincent Donnelly arrived. He turned around, pulled down his tracksuit bottoms and bent over, showing his naked posterior. Fifty minutes later, he saw the gardai at Belcamp Crescent and did it again.
Judge Sean Delap remanded Deans in custody to July 27th for medical and psychiatric reports.
