A man who died when his car left the road in Co Longford on Tuesday night was named yesterday as Mr Sean McDermott (41) from Killashee, Co Longford.
His vehicle crashed through a fence and overturned at Knockenboy at 10 p.m. Mr McDermott, the sole occupant, died at the scene.
