A 52 year old man was charged last night with the murders of a Co Tyrone couple nearly four years ago which the UVF admitted at the time it had carried out.
The RUC say the man, from Lisburn, Co Antrim, is due to appear in court in Belfast today charged with the murders of Charles and Teresa Fox. They were shot in their farmhouse at Moy one night in September 1992. Their bodies were discovered the following morning by their daughters.
At the time, the UVF said it was responsible for the killing but said it did not intend to kill Mrs Fox.
