A 19-year-old man, wanted in connection with an attack on a filling station employee, broke his leg in three places when he jumped from a first-floor window in an attempt to escape arrest, Waterford Circuit Criminal Court was told yesterday.
Mr David O'Neill, of Ardmore Park, Ballybeg, faces charges in connection with the assault and false imprisonment of Mr Jamie O'Sullivan (24), from Tramore, Co Waterford.
