A man accused of a billhook murder in Finglas, Dublin, has been remanded on bail for service of a Book of Evidence.
Mr David McDonagh (42), of St Joseph's Park, Finglas, is accused of murdering Mr Timothy Joyce, following an incident at St Helena's Park on November 9th, 1996.
Mr Martin Anthony McDonagh snr (45), of St Mary's Park, is charged with possessing a billhook and maliciously wounding Mr Sean Gavin; Mr Michael McDonagh (30), of Dunsink Lane, is accused of breach of public order; Mr Martin Anthony McDonagh jnr (21), of St Mary's Park, is accused of possessing a bill hook, criminal damage to a vehicle belonging to Mr Patrick Joyce and violent disorder. Mr David McDonagh was remanded to May 9th, while the others were remanded to May 16th.
