Man (79) dies in road crash

A 79-year-old man died and a woman in her 60s was injured in a collision on the Dublin to Sligo road near Edgeworthstown, Co Longford, yesterday.

The incident happened at about 5.20pm when the camper van the man was driving collided with a lorry.
