Gardaí at Shannon are seeking assistance in tracing Mr Eamon Harney (75), Ballymorris, Cratloe, Co Clare.
Mr Harney was last seen walking near woods near his home on Sunday evening.
He is 5 ft 8 in, of slim build, with grey receding hair and he wears dark, square-rimmed glasses.
When last seen he was wearing a dark grey ¾-length coat, black trousers and a woollen hat. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Garda at Shannon at (061) 365900.
