Man (34) questioned over Thurles death

A man (34) has been arrested over the murder of a man in Thurles in April.

A man (34) has been arrested over the murder of a man in Thurles in April.

The body of Renars Tuleiko (32), a Latvian national, was found with stab wounds in a field outside the Co Tipperary town on April 15th.

Gardaí arrested the man at 9am today, and he is being questioned in Thurles Garda station.

Last month, a mother-of-three appeared in court charged in connection with the death.

Victoria Moverley (32), of no fixed abode but formerly with an address in Borrisoleigh, Co Tipperary, was charged with assaulting Mr Tuleiko causing him harm on dates between April 13th and April 15th, 2007.
