A 23-year-old man is to appear in Dublin District Court this afternoon where he will be charged in connection with an €8 million heroin find in the capital yesterday.
The man was one of two men arrested following the discovery of drugs at a property in Sutton, Co Dublin yesterday afternoon.
he men were arrested when armed members of the Garda National Drugs Unit and Organised Crime Unit moved in on an address on Bayside Crescent, Sutton. A car outside the property was searched and 10kg of heroin was found.
Garda sources indicated the heroin was uncut.

The property on Bayside Crescent had been under surveillance as part of an ongoing operation into a major drugs gang operating in the Donaghmede and Baldoyle areas of north Dublin.
