Man (22) seriously injured in Dublin stabbing

A man is in a serious condition in hospital this morning after being stabbed during a domestic dispute in Dublin.

The man (22) was taken to Tallaght Hospital after the incident at Donaley Drive in Clondalkin at 12.30 a.m.

No arrests have been made.

Earlier, in a separate incident also in Clondalkin, a man fired a shotgun at a house in Oak Downs.

At around 2 a.m. a man approached a house with a shotgun. He fired one shot at the house and on shot at a white van before escaping on a motorbike.

There were no injuries and no arrests have been made by gardaí in Clondalkin who are still investigating the incident.

The scene has been technically examined.
